Regulatory Design
On the regulatory design front it has been active in the design and review of several of the regional utility regulatory frameworks, such as that of NERSA in South Africa and SERA in Swaziland. Involvement includes both the design and implementation of regulatory frameworks, as well as the drafting of enabling legislation and regulations to Parliamentary standards.

On the project development front, it has been involved in the development of various IPP frameworks, IPP projects, and the provision of procurement advice to Governments and utilities.
It has also played an advisory role to various developers, utilities and Governments with regard to project specific documentation such as PPAs, wheeling agreements and connection agreements.
